Does my council not responsible to keep me safe, away from crime and antisocial behaviour?

No more people or families should endure unnecessary abuse physical or non physical from the neighbour in Thetford Road that I have experienced for last 4 years. Let us live in peace in our community without fear of this man and his actions!!!! We need to stand up to bullying as a community.'

There loads of stuff he's done where police have taken no action against him, some of the few to name as follows with evidence and reports;

Harassment & Bullying
Criminal Damage to Property
Theft of personal possessions
Trespassing
Antisocial behaviour

Community Wardens dealing with antisocial behaviour has never ever dealt with the matter, no mediators from the council got any interest to help me, my reports have never been taken seriously.

If council is not able to provide a potential action such as a mediation, warning, or participation with support towards a legal order which demands that the perpetrator stops acting the way he is then WHAT WILL WE DO?

The same conditions also applies for the Metropolitan Police Services, I do not have any words further to say as I only expect to live peacefully in my own home as I was just before this neighbour moved in approximately 4 years ago.


I need to know what options are available to myself on this case, Barking & Dagenham council should inform me how they will deal with this issue and help me to resolve the problem, under the regulations they must have contacted me in 3 working days of reporting the situation I am still waiting for action!!!
