Cycling Roadshow coming up and introduction of drones for the sample delivery of NHS Tayside, great improvements on the services.
Angus Cycling Roadshow is on!, We have the second one being done this year and I am sure it will be as great as the previous year planned. It is a great day for young people and families to join but although the event is in Angus many of my neighbours were not even aware of this activity. The council does great with extensive involvement in encouraging the use of electric bikes, fewer cars on roads, more active community, making residents know about all activities lack a little bit on the efforts.
We now even have started trials on using drones for delivery service to improve diagnostic sample transport times across Angus and other rural areas, helping NHS Tayside to provide an equitable level of healthcare, regardless of the geographical location of the patients. This is a very advanced system that our council participates with NHS to improve the services in Scotland but many don't even know, this is why I am rating Angus Council a 4-star so they can improve on community communications.
