Mould damp been going on since January
Would give zero if I could. Since January been back and fourth with them regarding the mould damp in all bedrooms. After 6 months had the loft insulated as the surveyor said said not enough up there and none on ceilings where mould was. Had someone out to do it but missed half it out someone was meant come look but never showed up. Back and fourth still trying to resolve this and the black mould that over bedrooms windows, they just don't seem to care. Our son has Asthma. We've made a complaint which really is a waste of time as we still waiting after 4 weeks for someone to get back to us. We sent pictures and we cleanit regularly and it just returns, we open windows daily etc. It's disgusting it's been going on so long
