Thrilled with fast turnaround times and the excellent job performed by an outstanding team.
There is a pavement across Abingdon Road in East Ilsley. It was overgrown by vegetation that was affixed onto the asphalt, rendering it significantly narrower than it ought to be. The road is regularly used by families and walkers. it is the slipway to the A34 which is why it is an issue of speed. The first thing I did was write to WBC asking whether they had a device to help clear the vegetation, making the road larger. It was as if magic happened in a short time, it was the Waste Team headed down with the Kirsten machine and destroyed the entire pavement! We're incredibly pleased by the speedy turnaround, the clean and neat the street is now and the outstanding customer service we've received. Thank you WBC, your prompt action is highly appreciated by all those who use the route.
