Unreachable parking team and non functioning permit system!

I had been a resident in the borough for the last 7 years, 6 months ago I have changed my car and the registration number recorded on parking permit system needed to be changed.

Despite over 30 emails I had no response, calling the council customer services I had been told parking team is not contactable via phone.

On the permit system I requested my old registration number to be deleted number of times and yet this has not been functioned as well.

I was left with no choice to pay extra daily and temporarily monthly permit charges for my new registration number despite of having a registration number active as a resident on the permit system. It took 5 months for them to come back to me as I have lodged a formal complaint procedure and expected my losses to be recovered. They only returned my old permit valid period payment and finally deleted that registration number from the system. This incident has caused me more than a £100 losses until I get my new registration completed on the permit system.

They should have at least refund you the money you paid extra.
