Vacant Decoy Farm Development will turning into a new commercial area!
There are very limited spaces in Worthing for this type of development and I believe the Decoy Farm which has been used as vacant land for all these years will finally turn into something exciting. At least rather than a wasteland it can turn into a more useful place and help to create employment for residents. As far as I am concerned the contamination issue had been also remediated recently. I totally support this development and agree that the council is trying to adhere to a good policy to make Worthing a better place to live.
Given those steps undertaken by the council, we are proud residents and must support this development to create new employment, and economic development in our city by improving the working environment and facilities for businesses also present in the adjacent industrial park. We will attract new investment and tenants to the area, my say is it is a great project and I support it.
